The ability to easily identify the Enneatypes is a prerequisite to coaching, so this seminar focuses on the identification of the Enneatypes, and how to use that knowledge to empower others. Issues related to coaching the Nine Human Endeavors are discussed in detail, along with specific cases that demonstrate how the Enneagram can be used as an effective coaching tool.
